1) *Special, limited time offer: Lifetime Membership opportunity. Now, for ONLY $40.00 you get all of the above benefits and never have to pay again! That's right, a LIFETIME membership. (Some membeship organizations charge this amount for 1 year alone and don't offer a fraction of what we offer our members.) Limited to the first 50 applicants.
2) Annual, General Membership. You still get all of the above for only $25.00 per year renewing.
3) The Central Sterile Processing Initiative Charter Membership. This membership is limited only to the first 20 member applicants. This membership is only $250.00. Charter members will be eligible for all of the above PLUS have free access ALL of our online products! But more than this, this membership is a LIFETIME membership as well! Excludes certifications offered by the Initiative.
